TurboJpeg.NET 3.1.0.6 has changes in how native modules are loading, in order to fix compatibility with Linux and Mac OS. By default in Linux and Mac OS this library loads libturbojpeg installed in the system; this behavior can be overriden by specifying dllPath on JpegInitializer if you would call it manually BEFORE calling any other functions from this library.
